The Only Solution

Nachi Engineering performed a systematic analysis of the application to find a bearing that would exceed performance requirements and minimize dimensional changes. Nachi recommended a Spherical Roller Bearing with an improved bearing performance that equated to an increase in bearing life by over 50 times. By choosing the same critical dimensions, the customer was able to keep the same casting and tooling. This helped the customer avoid mold tooling costs and bring their products to the market quicker.
